Our catering staff is available to work 7 days / week. Please call (301) 869-RIBS (7427) or email us at info@unclecharlies.com and we will help you plan your party. We'll prepare a written proposal explaining exactly what food and service you will receive and how much it will cost.

There is a $200.00 minimum service charge or 15% of the cost of food to places located 30 minutes or more from our location. This covers the charges for the staff to arrive early, set up the buffet line, chop the BBQ, keep the chafing dishes full & clean up. We'll serve it friendly and fast. We plan to serve for 2 hours. Additional serving time may be extended for an additional charge.
